Thank you Mike, your book has helped me service short sale clients so much more efficiently. I learned how to lower my professional liability, CORRECTLY handle a short sale listing from beginning to end, service my clients that are in the most need right now, and increase my sales volume via short sales.

Not yet. We have introduced the complete course to our local board in Chicago a couple of weeks ago.
Sounds like an awesome training that all of us involved with the wonderful, ever changing, shooting at a moving target, crazy, fun,challenenging, yet rewarding world of Short Sales can use. Thanks Donna, I really appreciate it. I started this whole project and had no ideal how much work it would take to put it all together and be able to reach out nationwide like this. I’m working on putting together more free info for fellow Realtors and a blog site to share information on. Next week’s webinar is going to be pretty cool because we are doing a live Q & A. I hope to see you there.
